Each 1/2 is a one bedroom that will accommodate up to 4 guests.
Each ½ has one queen bed and two singles.
Each ½ has own bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living area.
-Nightly base rate begins at $124/night and includes 1 guest.
-Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
-Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
-2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
-A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
-Pets are WELCOME but need to be leashed at ALL TIMES - $15/night per pets. A maximum of 3 pets per unit.
