A privately-owned cottage located only 0.1-miles from The Lower Shin Pond Public Beach. The Lower Lounge can sleep up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms with 4 double beds.
- Nightly base rate begins at $299/night and includes up to 3 guests.
- Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
- Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
- 2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
- This cottage is NOT pet friendly.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
