UFF DA is a privately-owned cottage that is located approximately 1.5 miles away on the Black Point Road.
- UFF DA has three levels. On the first level there is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds (twins on top fulls on bottom) and the other with 1 full bed.
- On the second level, there is a full bathroom, a master bedroom with 1 king, and a full kitchen and living room.
- The third level is a loft that includes 2 twin beds and 1 full bed.
