- Nightly base rate begins at $399/night and includes up to 4 guests.
- Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
- Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
- 2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
- Pets are WELCOME but need to be leashed at ALL TIMES - $15/night per pets. A maximum of 3 pets per unit.
